How to Crochet 3D V Stitch
The crochet 3D V Stitch pattern is very easy to make. Front post and traditional v-stitches create the textured look!
About This Pattern
I love textured crochet stitches, especially 3D ones. This particular one is probably one of the easiest 3D stitches I’ve ever made. The reason for this is it’s very similar to the traditional V Stitch that you might be already familiar with from other patterns.
For this stitch pattern you will need to know how to crochet a chain (CH), a double crochet (DC), and a front post double crochet (FPDC). Front post stitches are made around the vertical post of the previous row’s stitch as opposed to going underneath the top two loops. They are pretty simple to make once you get the hang of them.
I’m using 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn for my sample along with an I 5.5 mm crochet hook. Feel free to use other weights of yarn along with their corresponding crochet hooks.
