How to Make a Quick and Easy Pom Pom Wreath
Every wonder how to make a pom pom wreath from yarn? It’s simple, quick, and easy! All you need is some yarn, a wreath form, and a pom pom maker. Scissors and hot glue help too.
My daughter Sarah and I make these for every season and every occasion. For Christmas, we make them in red, white, and green. For winter, we make shades of blue. Fourth of July it’s red, white, and blue. Halloween we make and hang a wreath that is orange, purple and black. You get the idea!
I highly recommend using the Clover Pom Pom maker, which you can find below. Oftentimes they have them in the local craft stores. I have an Amazon link below if you’d like to purchase online from them.
You can use any type of yarn for this wreath. I have a tendency to favor inexpensive worsted weight yarn. You do not need to use your good yarn for this one – use the yarn that’s inexpensive and on sale! You’ll see in the video I do like to use a Styrofoam wreath form. You can use a wire form or a straw form as well. I have a tendency to use the Styrofoam one simply because my local discount store always has them in the craft section.
