How to Crochet the Bubble Stitch Pattern
The crochet bubble stitch pattern creates a nice 3D textured look to your blankets, scarves, hats, bags, and more!
About this Pattern
I love 3D textured patterns, especially ones that work up fast and easy and don’t take up too much yarn. This crochet bubble stitch is perfect for adding some pizazz to any of your handmade projects.
The pattern is a two-row design, which makes it easy to remember. The one row consists of double crochet cluster stitches and single crochet. The traditional 3 double crochet granny stitch pattern follows that row. The nice thing is you really don’t have to count much with this pattern. The stitches are easy to crochet from a visual perspective.
I’m using worsted weight yarn and a size H 5 mm crochet hook for my stitch sample. Feel free to use any type and size of yarn you wish along with the suggested crochet hook. You can find the recommended hook size usually on the side or back of the yarn label.
As always I have a tutorial video to help you with this entire pattern. Enjoy! Donna Wolfe from Naztazia.
